OG vest and headband owner (10+ years) Absolute lifesaver for dealing with the heat.
Through the years I’ve learned not to “over plump” them when I’m activating them. If they don’t have a little space to expand when they freeze the outer layer will crack. If I over plump them (squares are tight and the sides V) I leave them on a towel until they evaporate a bit. Better cooling and longer lifespan that way
