UK temperature has doubled in a mini heatwave so I was able to test my new Oro vest, headband and wrist bands for the first time. It really helped me to acclimatise to the heat. Recommended
Two cells in one of the panels for the cooling vest I purchased didn’t plump up. I was asked to try a possible remedy, which makes perfect sense. When the remedy didn’t solve the problem, a replacement was promptly shipped. This best customer service I’ve experienced in years!
I contacted the seller via email to ask about kid sizes and colors. The owner responded quickly and I placed my order soon after. The order but only one of two arrive. A quick email and lo and behold a quick response, shipping confirmation was sent and a few days later the package arrived. The mailer contained the missing headband and surprise, surprise the discontinued color my grandsons wanted arrived as a special gift. My youngest grandson has worn his headband everyday since he received it. The bands are high quality, comfortable and a treat to wear playing soccer and lacrosse in the heat! Thank you, thank you!! I am a runner with MS and needed something I could run with to stay cool. The headwrap helps me stay cool, and the vest adds a little weight but not much, and it generally stays pretty secure. I wish there was a way to hook the shoulder straps together across the chest, but that's a minor quibble. Hoping to be able to run more comfortably in warm weather with my new gear!
