Recently purchased the Ultimo Cooling Vest and paid for expedited shipping via USPS, which promptly ceased to track my package on drop-off. Emailed Oro Sports and the CEO replied that she would overnight a vest via UPS and drop it off herself, which she did along with an incredibly nice note! Absolutely fantastic product, well made in the US, but even better customer service. If you're on the fence about the price, the utility of the product or Oro Sports in general - hop down and grab a vest already!

The Maximo Gen 2 vest itself is all one could ask for. Extremely well made, and, according to my wife, works as advertised in the summer heat of Maryland.
Shipping was fast.
But what sets Oro Sports apart is the customer service. My wife ran into trouble with the sometimes finicky cooling pack. An email to the owners got that resolved. Not the next day or on Monday, but late in the evening of a Friday. This speaks of a well-run company where the founders have skin in the game.
I’ll see how this vest performs for the rest of the summer and may upgrade my wife to the Ultimo for next year’s marathon season.

Customer service is just so simple -- had you not contacted me about your wife's CoolPak, I wouldn't have been able to offer a remedy. #commonsense. If your wife thinks the Maximo2 is great, she'd be thrilled with the Ultimo. Make sure you contact me directly when she's ready. I have some tricks up my sleeve... In the meantime, we're betting on a healthy and successful marathon season!
I live in Florida and recently diagnosed with MS. I played tennis and your vest allows me to be out in this extreme heat. I’m just testing it out but hoping it works Thamk you! and allows me to be on the courts.i have hope.

As an early Coolture vest wearer with MS, I know that the cooling packs work. Bought this headband for my husband to wear on walks in Southeast Texas heat. It lasts! He shared it with me yesterday when I was feeling hot—after he had worn it to mow the lawn in 95° heat and humidity. The Oro head wrap was dry and still cool, still putting out excellent cooling on the back of my head, and still cool when I put it back in the freezer.
