I have MS and when my body temp increases, even slightly, Uhthoff’s phenomenon kicks in and I become wobbly and unstable. I’ve been looking for cooling vests for some time and have tried a few that weren't quite right. I purchased the Ultimo Cooling vest and am very excited to report that I am able to walk farther, work in the garden longer and even washed my dog in the yard without getting wobbly!
The size 0 vest fits well (I am 5’2”, 125 pounds). The velcro is strong and allows me to adjust the tightness of the vest, which is super helpful because I am prone to “MS Hugs,” a misnomer at best. (If you know you know.)

I wear them both during my tennis matches or any other sport that I’m doing they keep me cool 1 1/2-2 hours. Makes a huge difference in my recovery you’re not dragging ……you don’t lose your energy !!

I purchased both the headband and the gloves. The headband works better than expected. It stayed cool on a long run over 60 minutes. The gloves also were a great fit, although if you're planning on holding something in your hand it might feel a bit awkward as the ice packs are somewhat large. The reusable packs are convenient, although you should be careful not to squeeze them because one of them burst after first use. The owner of the company is so kind and sent a replacement pack right away. I highly recommend both products!
Used my best for the first time last weekend and it worked like a charm, keeping me cool in hot weather. It’s so lightweight that I didn’t even know I was wearing anything.
